the purpose of the managerialism is economy, efficiency, effectiveness in provision public services. also it emphasizes to follow the market strategies instead of bureaucracy. due to increasing productivity of public services management by using flexible styles and public opinion, this approach has provided to response the problems of traditional theory of administration. negative aspects of managerialism are wasting sources, personal pressure and social problems which is necessary to adjusting this model with society conditions.
